• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of related work experience in operational management.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance; travel to multiple offices is required.
• Willingness to travel and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Model company culture and values and promote PDS's operational standards.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and coach team members for optimal performance.
• Investigate staff and patient issues and implement timely solutions.
• Execute the PDS Operational Model with consistency alongside the Owner Dentist.
• Drive year-over-year revenue and profit growth while managing expenses.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory bodies.
