Job summary

PDS Health is seeking an Operations Manager Trainee to learn how to independently run a financially viable dental office within the PDS framework. The program blends structured curriculum, on‑the‑job training, and performance reviews to build leadership capabilities.

With a focus on developing staff, maintaining Compliance, and driving revenue growth, you will travel between offices as needed and complete the Development Program to qualify for a steady leadership role in a dental practice.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in operations management or related field.
• Strong people management, coaching and development skills.
• Knowledge of payroll, cash handling and budgeting processes.

Responsibilities

• Model company culture and promote PDS values daily.
• Recruit, supervise and coach staff for performance and retention.
• Resolve staff/patient issues with timely, effective solutions.
• Execute the PDS Operational Model with Owner Dentist alignment.
• Drive year over year revenue and profit growth; manage expenses.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
