PDS Health in Rancho Cordova, CA is seeking an Operations Manager Trainee to learn and independently run a PDS dental office. You will complete the OM Development Program while being mentored by your supervisor, with the goal of managing a dental office in 4–6 months.

You will engage in structured curriculum, on-the-job practice, and development meetings to acquire the skills for fiscal viability and superior patient experience. Strong leadership and travel to multiple offices are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of related work experience in operational management.
• Operations Manager Trainee must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Travel to multiple offices per day with reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsabilités

• Model company culture and values, and promote PDS culture daily.
• Hire, train, supervise, counsel and coach staff to ensure right-fit teams.
• Resolve staff and patient issues with timely, effective solutions.
• Execute the PDS Operational Model with owner Dentist partnership.
• Drive year over year revenue and profit growth.
• Manage expenses to meet monthly goals and budget.
• Report weekly to Regional Manager with accomplishments and goals.
• Develop office success plans and staff protocols for efficient operations during manager absences.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
