Job summary

PDS Health is seeking an Operations Manager Trainee in Rocklin to learn and independently run a dental office within 4–6 months after completing the OM Development Program. You will work with a supervisor, complete structured curriculum, and apply on-the-job practice to reach office goals.

The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, and adherence to company policies. Travel between offices is required; a valid driver’s license is necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of related work experience in operational management.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance (or reliable alternate transport for travel).
• Travel to multiple offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Model company culture and values; promote PDS culture daily.
• Recruit, train, supervise, counsel, and coach staff for right-fit teams.
• Investigate and resolve staff and patient issues with timely, effective solutions.
• Execute the PDS Operational Model with Owner Dentist collaboration.
• Drive year-over-year revenue and profit growth.
• Manage expenses to meet monthly goals and budget.
• Proficiency in cash management and accounting protocols.
• Lead and develop front/back office teams toward excellence.
• Maintain professional appearance and communications with supervisors.
