Job summary

PDS Health in Spring Hill, TN is hiring an Operations Manager Trainee to learn and independently run a PDS-supported dental office. You will complete the OM Development Program while mentored by a supervisor, with goal of leading a dental team in 4–6 months.

Responsibilities include hiring and training, resolving staff and patient issues, managing cash, and driving year-over-year revenue and profit growth. Travel to multiple offices may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational management or equivalent leadership roles.
• Ability to hire, train, supervise and coach staff effectively.
• Strong financial literacy and cost control capabilities.
• Wamiliar with dental office operations and compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Model company culture and drive best operational practices.
• Hire, train, supervise and coach staff to support growth.
• Resolve staff and patient issues with timely, creative solutions.
• Drive revenue and manage expenses to meet budgets.
• Report weekly to Regional Manager with goals and results.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory bodies.
• Develop office success plans and SOPs for absences.
