Job summary

PDS Health in Rancho Palos Verdes seeks an Operations Manager Trainee to learn how to independently run a dental office within 4–6 months after completing the OM Development Program.

The role focuses on staff development, process discipline, and driving revenue while mastering cash management, compliance, and exceptional patient experience through structured training and on‑the‑job practice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of related work experience in operational management.
• Driver’s license and automobile insurance with ability to travel between offices.
• Travel to multiple offices per day as needed.

Responsibilities

• Model company culture and values; promote PDS culture daily.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and coach staff for correct fit.
• Investigate and resolve staff/patient issues with timely solutions.
• Execute the PDS Operational Model with Owner Dentist collaboration.
• Drive year-over-year revenue and profit growth.
• Manage expenses to meet monthly goals and budget.
• Maintain cash management and accounting protocols.
• Develop staff and office protocols for efficient operations.
