Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of related work experience in operational management.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance; license verified by motor vehicle record check.
• Willingness to travel to multiple offices per day; reliable transportation.
• Alternate transportation accepted if license/insurance not available.

Responsibilities

• Modeling company culture, values, and best operational practices.
• Recruitment, supervision, and coaching of staff to ensure right-fit teams.
• Resolve staff and patient issues with data-driven, practical solutions.
• Execute the PDS Operational Model to meet office goals with the Owner Dentist.
• Drive year-over-year revenue and profit growth.
• Manage expenses to hit monthly targets and budget.
• Demonstrate cash management and accounting protocol proficiency.
• Develop and mentor the Perfect Patient Experience team.
• Report weekly to Regional Manager with progress and goals.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory bodies.
• By program end, demonstrate leadership over front and back office teams.
