Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a leader to oversee technician recruiting, training, and accountability to maximize technician success and retention across our New Jersey operations.

You will recruit, hire, and develop residential and/or commercial pest, termite, and lawn technicians while ensuring service quality and customer retention. A valid driver’s license and regulatory compliance are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Maintain licenses/certificates as required by regulations.
• Maintain valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technician training, coaching, development, and accountability to maximize success and retention.
• Recruit/hire residential and/or commercial pest, termite, and lawn technicians to maintain staffing.
• Review technician performance via ride-alongs and audits.
• Respond diligently to customer concerns and ensure service quality.
• Monitor branch scheduling and ensure timely customer appointments.
• Maintain safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Manage inventory of pest control products.
