Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 3–5 years in a management role with emphasis in customer service.
• Proven experience in training, mentoring and coaching service professionals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in a route-oriented, service environment is a plus.
• Must possess a valid driver's license; ability to obtain licenses as required by regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of specialists to provide superior customer service to clients.
• Direct staff in all aspects of operations, service, and client care.
• Oversee basic financial performance including revenue growth and expense control.
• Travel throughout territory visiting clients and supporting the sales team on business development.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including early mornings and weekends when needed.
• Submit weekly, monthly, and yearly reports as required.
