SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking an operations leader in Redwood City to manage parking facility operations and lead a diverse team. You will ensure security, cash controls, and strive for exceptional customer experiences while driving profitability.

Responsibilities include staffing, budgeting, procurement, vendor management, and general accounting tasks. A strong focus on safety and OSHA compliance is expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead, manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Drive to deliver best possible customer experience and client satisfaction.
• Experience developing budgets and P&L review is a plus.
• Ability to react and solve problems quickly.
• Familiarity with standard computer applications (MS Office) and ability to learn internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a diverse team of employees to deliver superior customer experience.
• Ensure proper parking, security, and cash control procedures are followed.
• Maximize profitability through revenue development and budget management.
• Oversee procurement, vendor services, and facility maintenance.
• Handle general accounting duties (AP, payroll, petty cash) and OSHA compliance.
