Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is a real-world AI-enabled parking solutions provider. We seek a results-driven leader to manage a diverse operations team in Walnut Creek, with a focus on client satisfaction, budgeting, and process improvements.

You will supervise payroll, vendor management, and compliance while driving profitability and safety initiatives. Responsibilities include staffing, training, and ensuring cash control, accuracy in accounting tasks, and maintaining high cleanliness standards

Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to lead, manage and motivate a diverse group of team members.
• Passionate about delivering the best possible customer experience and client satisfaction by solving problems creatively.
• Prior experience developing budgets and P&L (Profit and Loss) review a plus.
• Ability to react and problem-solve quickly.
• Experience using various computer applications/systems (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Ability to learn internal computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on our Promise by resolving client requests and concerns efficiently and communicating proactively with clients on how to improve operations.
• Hire, develop, train, and supervise a diverse team of Promise-driven employees; identify staffing levels to deliver superior customer experience.
• Ensure proper parking, security, and cash control procedures are followed.
• Maximize profitability through revenue development, marketing, cash control, expense reviews, and managing the operation's budget.
• Identify procurement and vendor service needs for the location.
• Perform general accounting duties such as accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash.
• Monitor facility maintenance for cleanliness standards.
• Review and address damage claims and implement safety plans to prevent recurrence.
• Implement policies to ensure compliance with OSHA laws.
