SP+, a Metropolis Company, is hiring a hands-on leader to manage daily operations across our parking sites in Appleton, WI. You will hire, train, and supervise a diverse team, drive customer satisfaction, and ensure safe, compliant cash control and facility procedures.

You’ll oversee budgets, vendor relations, accounts payable, payroll, and revenue development while maintaining a sharp focus on safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across locations.

Formación

• Ability to lead, manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong focus on delivering best possible customer experience and client satisfaction.
• Experience developing budgets and P&L review is a plus.
• Ability to react and problem-solve quickly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal programs.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver on our Promise by resolving client requests efficiently and communicating proactively about operations improvements.
• Hire, develop, train, and supervise a diverse team; determine staffing levels to deliver exceptional service.
• Ensure proper parking, security, and cash control procedures are followed.
• Maximize profitability through revenue development, marketing, expense reviews, and budget management.
• Identify procurement and vendor service needs of the location.
