Job summary

SP+ Corporation seeks a dynamic leader to manage operations and deliver premier client service for our parking network. You will supervise a team, develop staff, and drive profitability while ensuring cash control, safety, and regulatory compliance across locations.

You will hire and train staff, optimize staffing, and coordinate vendor needs to support daily operations and service quality.

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and motivate a team.
Strong commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
Experience budgeting and reviewing P&L is a plus.
Ability to quickly react and solve problems.
Proficiency with common office software; ability to learn internal tools.

Responsibilities

Deliver premier customer service to clients and resolve requests efficiently.
Proactively communicate opportunities to improve operations.
Supervise valet attendant relations and resolve rate/service issues diplomatically.
Hire, develop, train, and supervise a team of employees.
Identify staffing levels to meet duties and customer service standards.
Ensure proper parking, security, and cash control procedures.
Maximize profitability through revenue development and budgeting.
Identify procurement and vendor service needs for the location.
Perform general accounting duties: accounts payable, payroll, petty cash.
Monitor facility maintenance and cleanliness standards.
Review damage claims and implement safety improvements.
Ensure compliance with OSHA policies and procedures.
