Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Resolve client requests and concerns efficiently and communicate improvements.
• Hire, train, and supervise a diverse team to ensure superior customer experience.
• Ensure proper parking, security, and cash control procedures are followed.
• Maximize profitability through revenue development, marketing, cash controls, and budget management.
• Identify procurement and vendor service needs for the location.
• Perform general accounting duties such as accounts payable and payroll.
• Monitor facility maintenance and cleanliness standards.
• Review damage claims and suggest safety improvements.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA laws.
