Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Resolve client requests and concerns efficiently and proactively.

• Ensure proper parking, security, and cash control procedures.
• Drive profitability through revenue development and budgeting.
• Manage procurement, vendors, and location needs.
• Perform accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash.
• Monitor facility maintenance and cleanliness.
• Review damage claims and improve safety programs.
• Enforce OSHA-compliant policies and procedures.
