The role requires overseeing budgeting, P&L review, and coordination with maintenance and security, with a focus on delivering a seamless, checkout-free parking experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Passionate about delivering best possible customer experience and client satisfaction.
• Prior experience developing budgets and P&L review is a plus.
• Ability to react and problem-solve quickly.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn internal software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on our Promise by ensuring every moment matters for our clients by resolving client requests and concerns efficiently and communicating proactively with clients on how to improve our operations.
• Hire, develop, train, and supervise a diverse team of employees; identify staffing levels to deliver a superior customer experience and perform daily duties.
• Ensure proper parking, security, and cash control procedures are followed.
• Maximize profitability through revenue development, marketing, cash control, expense reviews, and managing the operation's budget.
• Identify procurement and vendor service needs for the location.
• Perform general accounting duties such as accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash.
• Monitor facility maintenance for cleanliness standards.
• Monitor and review damage claims; implement safety improvements.
• Implement policies to ensure OSHA compliance.
