Rentokil North America is seeking an Operations Manager in Florida to lead a team of service specialists, drive client satisfaction, and partner with the sales team on business development. The role requires coordinating daily field operations, routing, and reporting while maintaining high service standards.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in management with a customer-service focus, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in a management role with emphasis in customer service.
• Ability to train, mentor, and coach service professionals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a route-oriented, service environment is a plus.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by regulations.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Manage daily operations of specialists with the goal of providing superior customer service to our clients.
• Offer direction to staff in all aspects of operations, service, and client care.
• Responsible for managing basic financial performance of the operations, including revenue growth and expense control.
• Daily travel throughout territory visiting with clients, assisting specialists, and partnering closely with the sales team on business development.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings and weekend work when needed.
• Submit weekly, monthly, and yearly reports, as required.
