Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a team of specialists, drive customer satisfaction, and partner with the sales team on business development. The role includes daily travel within the territory and flexible scheduling to meet client needs.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of management experience focused on customer service, along with strong verbal and written communication skills. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 3–5 years in a management role with emphasis in customer service.
• Proven ability to train, mentor and coach service professionals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a route-oriented, service environment is a plus.
• Must have valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of specialists to deliver superior service
• Provide direction to staff in operations, service and client care
• Oversee basic financial performance including revenue growth and expense control
• Travel within territory visiting clients and supporting the sales team
• Work a flexible schedule including early mornings and weekends
• Submit weekly, monthly and yearly reports
