Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
• 3-5 years in a management role with emphasis in customer service.
• Proven ability in training, mentoring, and coaching service professionals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a route-oriented, service environment is a plus.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by regulations.
• Must possess a valid driver's license from the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of specialists to provide superior customer service.
• Direct staff in operations, service, and client care.
• Oversee basic financial performance including revenue growth and expense control.
• Travel within the territory daily, engaging clients and supporting the sales team.
• Work a flexible schedule, including early mornings and weekends as needed.
• Submit weekly, monthly, and yearly reports as required.
