Job summary

Sky Zone in Indianapolis, IN seeks an Operations Manager to lead daily execution, coach frontline teams, and ensure a high-energy, safe, and welcoming park environment. You will oversee staffing, guest flow, cleanliness, and inventory; partner with the GM on labor strategy and safety; and champion brand standards while delivering memorable experiences for birthday parties, events, and large guest volumes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of formal management or supervisory experience leading teams in a high-volume, guest-facing setting.
• Experience overseeing daily operations, managing teams on the floor, and adapting to shifting priorities in real time.
• Strong communication skills, ability to coach in the moment, and build trust quickly.
• Comfort with scheduling, labor targets, and supporting operational goals; able to impact day-to-day execution.
• Hands-on leadership style, willing to jump in to solve problems or run a shift.
• Proficiency with technology and ops systems, MS Office, POS, scheduling tools, and dashboards.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when the park is busiest.

Responsibilities

• Lead Daily Execution and Team Success: Supervise Team Leads and frontline team members, coach in real time to build accountability and energy.
• Own Shift Flow and Operational Efficiency: Oversee park execution including staffing, guest flow, inventory, and cleanliness; collaborate on labor strategy and safety.
• Deliver Guest Experiences That Wow: Ensure guests feel welcome and safe from check-in to check-out; train team for urgent, empathetic responses.
• Champion Safety and Brand Standards: Conduct safety walkthroughs and uphold brand standards to create a worry-free play environment.
