Job summary

Sky Zone seeks a Team Lead for a part-time, on-site role in Indianapolis, overseeing operations and guest experiences across multiple areas. You’ll rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and F&B/Facilities, stepping in as MOD when leadership isn’t on-site to keep the park running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in operations or guest-facing roles, supervisory experience, and comfort with POS systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation preferred.
• Proficiency with POS systems and MS Office/Teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present.
• Lead across Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities.
• Drive membership and program sales while delivering service excellence.
• Ensure safety policies, opening/closing procedures, and park cleanliness.
