Job summary

Sky Zone in Indianapolis is seeking a Team Lead to rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, guiding a shift and stepping in as MOD when needed. This hands-on, fast-paced role develops leadership and operational skills on the floor.

You will drive guest satisfaction and revenue through service excellence, manage frontline staff, ensure safety and cleanliness, and support park operations while growing into higher responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to move through all park areas and lift 20 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when leaders are not on-site and ensure safety and operations.
• Coach team members, delegate tasks, and maintain guest experiences.
• Drive sales and guest engagement across departments.
• Oversee parties, events, cafe, front desk, and other areas as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and adherence to procedures.
