Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily park execution, oversee staffing, guest flow, and safety procedures. You will coach teams in real time, manage scheduling, and support onboarding and training to drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

The role requires hands-on leadership, comfort with technology, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Onsite collaboration with the Operations team is essential for delivering memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of formal management or supervisory experience leading teams in high-volume, guest-facing environments.
• Experience overseeing daily operations, leading floor teams, and adapting to shifting priorities in real time.
• Strong communication skills with ability to coach on the fly and build trust.
