Job summary

Sky Zone in Indiana is seeking a Team Lead to be hands-on and rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, stepping in as Manager on Duty when leaders aren’t on-site.

This role develops leadership skills, drives guest experience, safety, and park operations, with compensation range $13.00 per hour and full-time benefits; flexibility with part-time options depending on location.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable with POS and Microsoft Office.
• Physically able to lift 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present, ensuring operational excellence, safety compliance, and team accountability.
• Coach team members and delegate tasks across all departments to maintain guest experiences.
• Step into Programs, Café, Front Desk, Events, etc. to maintain seamless operations.
• Drive membership and program sales while modeling Sky Zone’s WOW service standards.
• Oversee parties, events scheduling, and ensure guest delight from booking to completion.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and equipment upkeep across the park.
