Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership style and willingness to jump in and lead by example.
• Proficiency with technology and operational systems (Office, POS, dashboards).
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead Daily Execution and Team Success by supervising Team Leads and frontline staff.
• Own Shift Flow and labor strategy, scheduling, and safety procedures; adapt to real-time challenges.
• Deliver Guest Experiences that wow, ensuring guests feel welcome, safe, and supported.
• Champion Safety and Brand Standards through safety walkthroughs and maintaining facilities.
