Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with coaching prowess and trust-building.
• Comfort with scheduling, labor targets, and linking day-to-day to big-picture goals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Team Leads and frontline staff during shifts; coach in real time to build accountability and energy.
• Oversee daily park execution: staffing, guest flow, inventory, cleanliness; assist labor strategy and safety procedures.
• Deliver guest experiences that feel welcome, safe, and supported from check-in to check-out.
• Conduct safety walkthroughs and uphold brand standards across park zones.
