You will oversee staffing, budgeting, and daily parking operations, while driving profitability and compliance with safety and cash-control procedures.

Ideal candidates bring leadership, a track record of budget management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, ready to implement process improvements and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to lead, manage and motivate a diverse group of team members.
• Passionate about going above and beyond to deliver the best possible customer experience and client satisfaction by finding unique ways to solve problems.
• Prior experience developing budgets and P&L review a plus.
• Ability to react and problem-solve quickly.
• Experience using various computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and learning internal programs.

Responsibilities

• Resolve client requests and communicate proactively to improve operations.
• Hire, develop, train, and supervise a diverse team.
• Ensure proper parking, security, and cash control procedures.
• Maximize profitability through revenue development, facility marketing, cash control procedures, expense reviews, and managing the operation's budget.
• Identify procurement and vendor service needs of the location.
• Perform general accounting duties, including accounts payable and payroll.
• Monitor facility maintenance for cleanliness standards.
• Address damage claims and implement safety improvement plans.
