Job summary

SP Plus Corporation in Denver is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee multiple parking facilities. You will manage client relationships, lead daily operations, and ensure safety, cash control, and compliance with OSHA.

You will hire, develop, and supervise a diverse team, build budgets and review P&L, identify procurement needs, and drive profitability through revenue development and cost control.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to lead, manage and motivate a diverse group of team members.
• Passionate about going above and beyond to deliver the best possible customer experience and client satisfaction by finding unique ways to solve problems.
• Prior experience developing budgets and P&L review a plus.
• Ability to react and problem-solve quickly.
• Experience using various computer applications/systems (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Ability to learn internal computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Resolve client requests promptly and communicate improvements to clients.
• Hire, develop, train, and supervise a diverse Promise-driven team.
• Ensure proper parking, security, and cash control procedures.
• Maximize profitability through revenue development, facility marketing, cash control procedures, expense reviews.
• Identify procurement and vendor service needs of the location.
• Perform general accounting duties such as accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash.
• Monitor facility maintenance for cleanliness standards and safety compliance.
• Review all damage claims and implement safety improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA laws.
