Qualifications

• Ability to lead, manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Experience developing budgets and P&L review is a plus.
• Ability to react and problem-solve quickly.
• Experience using computer applications, including Microsoft Office; ability to learn internal programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on our Promise by resolving client requests and communicating proactively with clients to improve operations.
• Hire, develop, train, and supervise a diverse team; identify staffing levels to ensure superior customer experience.
• Ensure proper parking, security, and cash control procedures are followed.
• Maximize profitability through revenue development, marketing, cash control, expense reviews, and budget management.
• Identify procurement and vendor service needs of the location.
• Perform general accounting duties such as accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash.
• Monitor facility maintenance for cleanliness standards.
• Review damage claims and implement safety programs to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA laws.
