SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking a Senior Facility Manager in Minneapolis to lead operations, client relationships, and budget oversight. You will drive customer service excellence, recruit and train frontline teams, and maximize profitability through revenue optimization and strong controls.

The role requires proven leadership, the ability to manage multiple duties, and a commitment to safety and compliance. A bachelor's degree and parking experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven leadership to guide a team and drive results.
