Responsibilities

• Deliver on our Promise by resolving client requests and communicating proactively on improvements.
• Hire, develop, train, and supervise a diverse team to ensure staffing and service levels.
• Ensure proper parking, security, and cash control procedures are followed.
• Maximize profitability through revenue development, marketing, cash control, expense review, and budgeting.
• Identify procurement and vendor service needs for the location.
• Perform general accounting duties including accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash.
• Monitor facility maintenance for cleanliness and safety standards.
• Review damage claims and implement safety plans to prevent recurrence.
• Enforce policies and OSHA compliance across operations.
