Proven leadership of diverse teams.
Customer-first mindset with problem-solving to satisfy clients.
Budgeting and P&L experience is a plus.
Able to react quickly and solve problems.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn internal systems.

Responsibilities

Hire, develop, train, and supervise a diverse team of employees to ensure excellent customer experience.
Ensure proper parking, security, and cash control procedures are followed.
Maximize profitability through revenue development, marketing, cash controls, expense reviews, and budgeting.
Identify procurement and vendor service needs for the location.
Perform general accounting duties such as accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash.
Monitor facility maintenance for cleanliness standards.
Review damage claims and implement safety improvements to prevent recurrence.
Ensure compliance with OSHA policies and procedures.
