Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Passionate about delivering best possible customer experience and client satisfaction.
• Experience developing budgets and reviewing P&L is a plus.
• Ability to react and solve problems quickly.
• Proficiency with common business software (e.g., Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a diverse team to deliver superior customer experience.
• Hire, train, supervise staff, and set staffing levels to meet service goals.
• Ensure parking, security, and cash control procedures are followed.
• Maximize profitability through revenue development and budget management.
• Identify procurement needs and coordinate vendor services.
• Perform accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash duties.
• Monitor facility maintenance and cleanliness to standards.
• Oversee safety programs and OSHA compliance.
