You will own budgeting, P&L oversight, procurement and safety compliance, while driving profitability and customer satisfaction. The role requires hands-on leadership, quick problem-solving, and proficiency with standard office software.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead, manage, and motivate a diverse team.
• Experience developing budgets and reviewing P&L is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive communication with clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on our promises by resolving client requests and communicating proactively on improvements.
• Hire, train, and supervise a diverse team and ensure staffing levels for quality service.
• Ensure proper parking, security, and cash control procedures are followed.
• Maximize profitability through revenue development, marketing, cash controls, and budget management.
• Identify procurement and vendor service needs for the location.
• Perform general accounting duties such as accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash.
• Monitor facility maintenance and cleanliness standards.
• Review damage claims and implement safety improvements.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and related policies.
