You will lead a diverse team, ensure safety and cash controls, manage budgets, and coordinate vendor services in a busy, customer-centric environment. Responsibilities include staffing, training, operational audits, and compliance with OSHA.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on our Promise by resolving client requests efficiently and communicating improvements to clients.
• Hire, develop, train, and supervise a diverse team to ensure staffing levels and service.
• Ensure proper parking, security, and cash control procedures are followed.
• Maximize profitability through revenue development, marketing, cash control, expense reviews, and budgeting.
• Identify procurement and vendor service needs for the location.
• Perform general accounting duties including accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash.
• Monitor facility maintenance for cleanliness standards.
• Review damage claims and implement safety improvements to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA laws through policies and procedures.
