SP+ is seeking a results-driven operations leader in New Jersey to oversee parking operations in Bayonne. You will hire, train, and supervise a diverse team, ensure security and cash control, and drive profitability while maintaining high service standards.

The role requires budgeting, P&L awareness, proactive problem solving, and proficiency with common software. You will implement process improvements, manage vendor relationships, and ensure OSHA compliance to deliver exceptional client

• Perform accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash.
• Monitor facility maintenance and cleanliness.
• Review damage claims and implement safety improvements.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and policy adherence.
