Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year or more in customer service with issues resolution experience preferred.
• Strong PC knowledge/skills including spreadsheet and word processing software packages.
• Basic understanding of Business Finance, controls and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationship activities and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with rental and Sales to pursue new business and maintain client relationships.
• Oversee PM scheduling, breakdowns, and vehicle status updates; support maintenance planning.
• Relocation within the business unit after training is complete.
