Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year or more in customer service with issues resolution experience.
• Strong PC knowledge incl. spreadsheets and word processing.
• Basic understanding of Business Finance, controls and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Support the shop management process and assist in cost savings, customer retention, and metric-based initiatives.
• Coordinate with the rental department to maximize utilization without compromising lease customers.
• Partner with Sales on customer calls for new business and increased customer satisfaction.
• Ensure PM scheduling, breakdowns and vehicle status updates; oversee technician work planning.
