This role requires collaboration across Operations, Asset Management, Sales, Quality, and Rental to drive efficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year or more in customer service with issue resolution experience preferred.
• Strong PC skills including Excel and Word.
• Basic understanding of business finance, controls and metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Support shop management and cost-saving initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional operations with Asset Management, Sales, Quality and Rental.
• Own PM scheduling, vehicle status updates, and maintenance planning.
• Assist in maintaining customer relationships and satisfaction.
• Relocation within the business unit after training.
