Ryder in Forest Park, GA is seeking an Operations Management Trainee to support the shop management process and drive cost savings, customer retention, and metric-based initiatives. The program spans cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Asset Management, Sales, Quality, and Rental Management to build your operations and fleet maintenance background.

This fast-paced role requires a completed 4-year college degree and offers a path toward an Ops Supervisor.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree, Required.
• 1 year or more in customer service with issues resolution experience, Preferred.
• Strong PC knowledge/skills to include spreadsheet and word processing software packages Advanced, Required.
• Basic understanding of Business Finance, controls and metrics Beginner, Required.

Mansioni

• Provide quality customer interface and proactive management to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with rental to maximize utilization without compromising lease customers.
• Partner with Sales on customer calls for new business and satisfaction.
• Manage running costs and maintenance overheads; follow policies to optimize costs.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales and Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee PM scheduling, breakdowns and vehicle status; plan technician work for efficiency.
