You will work across Operations, Asset Management, Sales, Quality, and Rental Management to develop your operations and fleet maintenance background. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year or more in customer service with issues resolution experience preferred.
• Strong PC knowledge/skills to include spreadsheet and word processing software packages (Advanced).
• Basic understanding of Business Finance, controls and metrics (Beginner).

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer interface and proactive management to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with rental department to maximize utilization without compromising lease customers.
• Partner with Sales on customer calls for new business and satisfaction.
• Manage running costs and maintenance overheads; ensure policies and processes optimize costs.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales and Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee PM scheduling, breakdowns and vehicle status updates; supervise technician work planning.
