Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1 year or more in customer service with issue resolution experience.
• Strong PC knowledge including spreadsheets and word processing.
• Basic understanding of business finance, controls and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Support shop management and cost savings initiatives.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales and Marketing for customers.
• Ensure PM scheduling, breakdowns and vehicle status updates; plan technician work.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
