Job summary

JBS USA in Sanford, NC invites applications for the 2027 Pilgrim's Operations Management Trainee program. This 12-month rotational leadership program provides hands-on experience across production sectors and prepares graduates for leadership roles.

You will rotate through operations, support the team, and complete a capstone project aligned with KPIs. Bachelor’s degree and willingness to relocate are required; GPA 2.5+ is expected.

Responsibilities

• Rotations through all production sectors to learn positions, equipment, and materials.
• Support the operations team to maintain production schedules and quality.
• Shadow supervisors and learn day-to-day operations in production facilities.
• Identify bottlenecks and help resolve production issues to meet KPIs.
• Complete a capstone project aligned with key performance indicators and final placement into a leadership role.
