Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in 12-month immersive leadership rotations across all production sectors.
• Support the operations team to maintain safe, efficient, and compliant production processes.
• Shadow supervisors and learn day-to-day operations in 1st or 2nd processing lines.
• Identify bottlenecks and contribute to resolving production delays to meet schedules.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in safety, quality, cost, and customer service.
• Complete a capstone project aligned with KPI targets and final placement in a leadership role.
