Job summary

JBS USA is seeking candidates for a 12-month Live Operations Management Trainee program at a U.S. location. You will rotate across hatchery, broiler, breeder, feed mill, and live haul operations to gain hands-on leadership experience and drive production KPIs.

Through group leadership trainings and a final placement into a leadership role, you will develop cross-functional skills and be prepared for future career growth, with relocation support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• GPA 2.5+.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Willingness to work different shifts and occasional weekends.
• Flexibility to relocate.
• Alignment with JBS core values.

Responsibilities

• Rotations across all business sectors at the location.
• Support the live operations team.
• Shadow the Hatchery.
• Understand egg handling procedures, vaccinations, transferring, and chick handling.
• Shadow broiler techs and pullet crews to learn day-to-day operations.
• Tour the feed mill and understand processes.
