Job summary

JBS USA is hiring for a 12-month Operations Management Trainee program designed to give you immersive leadership experience across a multi-site production environment. You will participate in rotations through all business sectors and support the operations team in daily activities.

The program includes hands-on learning, a final placement into a leadership role, and development sessions at our U.S. headquarters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum GPA 2.5 or higher.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Willingness to work different shifts and weekends.
• Flexibility to relocate and adapt to a multi-site environment.

Responsibilities

• Rotations across all production sectors to gain hands-on leadership experience.
• Support the operations team and shadow production supervisors.
• Maintain production practices for food safety and quality.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement actions.
• Complete a KPI-aligned project with potential leadership placement.
• Participate in Leadership Development Training sessions at the U.S. HQ in Greeley, CO.
