Job summary

Pilgrim's Operations Management Trainee program offers a 12-month immersive leadership experience at one of our domestic locations. You will rotate through production sectors, gain hands-on knowledge, and learn how each area supports the location's overall production strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum GPA 2.5 or higher.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Willingness to relocate and work different shifts.

Responsibilities

• Rotations across all production sectors to learn positions, equipment and materials involved.
• Support the operations team and shadow production supervisors.
• Identify bottlenecks, promote continuous improvement and ensure production schedules.
• Maintain food safety practices and monitor product quality.
• Participate in Leadership Development Training sessions at the corporate HQ.
