Job summary

JBS USA invites applications for the 2027 Live Operations Management Trainee program in the United States. This 12-month immersive leadership program features rotations across Hatchery, Broiler, Breeder, Feed Mill, and Live Haul operations to build hands-on experience and a deep understanding of production processes.

Participants complete KPI-based projects, attend Leadership Development Training at the corporate headquarters in Greeley, CO, and expect a final placement in a leadership role;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum GPA 2.5 or higher.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Willingness to relocate and work different shifts.

Responsibilities

• Rotations across all production sectors to gain hands-on knowledge.
• Support live operations team and shadow hatchery.
• Shadow broiler and pullet crews; vaccinations and weighing.
• Tour the feed mill and learn testing procedures.
• Complete a KPI-aligned project with impact on bottom line.
• Participate in Leadership Development Training at the corporate HQ in Greeley, CO.
• Final placement in a leadership role after the last four months.
