Job summary

JBS USA is seeking a 12-month Operations Management Trainee to gain hands-on leadership experience through rotations across all production sectors at one of our domestic locations.

The program includes three leadership development training sessions at our corporate U.S. Headquarters in Greeley, CO, with final placement into a leadership role after completion. You will learn every facet of operations and develop skills in safety, quality, and cost management, with relocation if needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work different shifts and relocate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Rotations across all production sectors to gain hands-on knowledge of production processes.
• Support the operations team and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining food safety standards.
• Shadow supervisors and learn day-to-day operations to prepare for leadership roles.
