Job summary

JBS USA is seeking an Operations Management Trainee in Florida for a 12-month immersive leadership program with hands-on rotations across all production sectors to support the operations team and drive continuous improvement.

Participants gain real-world leadership experience, shadow production supervisors, and work toward final placement in a leadership role within the organization; relocation is available where needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to relocate and work varied shifts, including weekends.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Complete rotations across all business sectors to gain hands-on knowledge.
• Support the operations team to ensure smooth production.
• Shadow supervisors and learn day-to-day operations.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.
• Participate in leadership development sessions at HQ in Greeley, CO.
• Final placement into a leadership role after the program.
